Requesting new legislation to subsidize 50% percent of the installation cost of solar and wind power production for residential, commercial, and industrial installation.

In addition, a special incentive includes reducing the corporate tax rate from 35% to 15% for 20 years.
The solar and wind industry needs subsidizes for small and large power plant producers.

Special incentives for builders and contractors that build new homes, or construct multifamily complex, industrial parks and hotels resorts. The units must be approved off-the-grid electrical power plants that generated by solar or wind power.

Special incentives for new skyscrapers built that produces a minimum of 40% percent or more of their electrical needs.
