It's a fact that Israeli military attacked the USS Liberty in 1967; killing 34 & wounding 174 members of the Navy & destroying a $40M ship. This was an attack on the United States; never officially investigated by any branch of the U.S. government & the NSA has failed to declassify all records pertaining to the USS Liberty attack. Numerous reports & inquiries have been made, but no official investigation was ever conducted, nor could it be without the declassification of all information. It was NOT a "mistake" as has been previously reported.
Additionally, the attack occurred during the Six Day War aka Third Arab-Israeli War during which Israel seized the Gaza Strip, Sinai Peninsula, West Bank & Golan Heights; reverberating to this day!
