Require 100% vote count before media organizations can lawfully, publicly project winner of Presidential elections.

Created by C.F. on November 13, 2012

During the 2012 Presidential elections, most, if not all media organizations prematurely declared the winner of the election before 100% of votes were officially counted. Only a fraction of the votes were tallied, when media outlets publicly projected the "winner." In some states, polls had not even closed yet. These rash actions constitute dishonest journalism and wrongful media influence on the transfer of power; it may nullify the true, official will of the People as represented by our votes. WE, THE CITIZENS, possess the right to choose our President accurately via LAWFUL MAJORITY. Media outlets should be required by law to WAIT to declare winners of all US Presidential elections, until only AFTER all polls have closed and 100% of the vote is officially counted, upholding VOTER choice.
