Require airlines to be liable for damage or loss to strollers when checked at the airline gate.

Created by M.A. on June 15, 2013

Current regulations do not require airlines to assume responsibility for damaged strollers checked as luggage. Families are required to check their strollers at the gate. Families traveling with children need their strollers and have no choice but to leave their strollers with the airline. Airlines should be responsible for damage done from their neglect.
