Require that all academic professionals be issued and carry a loaded firearm at all times.

Teachers and academic professionals must and shall be required to be properly trained in the proper and safe use of handling of firearms. While on duty at any academic institute that teaches or may teach minor children, or while otherwise immediately responsible for the safety and welfare of a minor child, all teachers and other academic professionals must carry at least one loaded firearm. Said firearms must all be properly secured in a holster or other appropriate carrying unit with a proper latch. All teachers shall be encouraged but not required to wield these weapons in defense of the life and limb of the minor children under their care and the defense of life and limb of their contemporaries.
