Engineering is a vital skill that every US citizen must have if the US is to become great. It is therefore necessary to cut the citizenship of the uneducated Citizen. It would be unfair not to give them a chance. Therefore it is necessary to require every citizen to undertake and pass a university level engineering class by the year 2020 AD or face deportation and loss of citizenship.
