Require all adults to score at least 100 on the Wechsler IQ Test to be eligible for the following rights:

1) Eligibility to run for public office.
2) Eligibility to vote within public elections.
3) Eligibility for a license to operate a motor vehicle.
4) Eligibility for a license to become a pubic educator.
5) Eligibility for a "JOURNALISM" License, whereby holders of said license must report the news without any bias. Any piece of media labeled "NEWS" must be composed, produced and delivered by licensed journalists. Journalists may lose their licenses for ethics violations.
6) Eligibility for a MARRIAGE license. Gender of parties are of no consequence. Licenses shall not be issued unless both parties score above 100 on the aforementioned IQ examination.
