This Petition will require the Federal Aviation Administration to set Policy on a Nationwide Requirement for all Airlines operating in the United States to offer a Military Reduced Fare of at least 30% of normal retail price and/or a payment plan option for Active Duty Military Members going to their verified Home State of Record or neighboring states (for travel purposes).
If the option for a Payment Plan is chosen, the Airline shall:
1) Confirm the Reservation, and give a Confirmation Number
2) Allow any and all changes to the reservation, including cancellation with 100% refund, less a nominal processing fee of no more than $75, due to the nature of uncertainty in the US Military.
3) When Fare is booked, the price offered shall freeze unless fare is cancelled
