Require all American citizens, residents and visitors to USA to have a Flue vaccine,

Under the power of Obamacare and its promise to reduce health care costs, all citizens, residents and visitors must be required to have a Flue vaccine each year. The Flue epidemic is a crisis that is increasing our collective health care costs. We are seeing health insurance premiums rising 15%+ this year alone. Because Obamacare promised to REDUCE health insurance premiums by $2,000 per family, the reason for the rise must be that citizens, residents and visitors have increasingly avoided getting the Flue vaccine. Therefore, under the sweeping broad powers of Obamacare and socialized medicine, Obama must through executive order, instruct the Depart of Health and Human Services, to mandate Flue vaccines through their regulations of the Affordable Health Care Act.
