hi, my name is emy. i am writing a petiton because i think that all animals should be treated better. i think that if we clean all dogs off the streets, bring animals into our home, and care for them somewhat like they are slightly under our children. i honestly feel like we should just clean the slate with animals and start over, to have a more effective system to go by to keeps starving, homeless dogs on the streets, with out a place to go, i think that when someone wants an animal that they should make it a commitment, and not just give it away in 6 months. or send it to the pound just because. i think these animals are kinda human, that cant talk, and i think it is a test to see how we treat them.
