Require all applicants for Welfare to complete and pass a mandatory drug test and be subject to random drug screenings

If employers require an applicant to pass a drug screening to be hired, then the government should require Welfare applicants to pass one as well. Taxpayers should not have to pay for people who may or may not be drug addicted to get a free lunch when we work too hard making a living for ourselves to be cheated by the system.
