Require that all armed services personnel be armed during the execution of any/all armed services duties.

Any active member of any branch of the United States military shall at all times while performing any and all duties in conjunction with said military branch shall:
1) Be armed with of one fully loaded semi-automatic pistol and three fully loaded magazines.
2) Qualify with that pistol quarterly.
3) Be tasked with protecting their own lives, and when needed the lives of others.
4) Be granted a concealed weapons permit without a Federal Background Check if a current/valid military I.D. is presented.
5) Be allotted sufficient ammunition to maintain weapon proficiency.
6) Be exempt from civil prosecution and have their identity withheld from the press after executing #3 above
7) Not be required to disarm for breaks.
8) Be allowed to carry concealed where ever law enforcement is allowed to.
