Today bills introduced to Congress or the Senate are getting outrageously large, to the point where they are not fully comprehended by the very people voting on them. If we require Bills to be Handwritten by the person proposing the bill, we would quickly see more concise and easily understood Bills for the voting process. Assuming of course, the person writing the bill has decent handwriting skills.
