Because the President does not have the authority of line item veto and with the recent passage of the Farmers Assurance Provision Section 735 (Monsanto Protection Act) which was slipped into HR933 (Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act) the public demands that further bills passed by Congress should stand alone and not contain attached bills, riders, addendums, acts, or provisions that are not related to the original bill itself. In addition, no bill shall pass through Congress without proper congressional hearings.
