Require all citizens including all government employees equally bound by the laws passed by Congress including Congress.

All laws passed by Congress equally apply to all citizens. Congress and all other state and federal employees must participate in any mandate or tax required by the private sector, including but not limited to: Social Security, Medicare and The Health Care Reform Act.
