All firearms that are currently owned by a citizen will be required to take a safety course and participate in a range, using that firearm. This will be a process that is included as a part of purchasing a firearm that is mandatory to obtain the firearm. This will enable each citizen to become more comfortable with each of their firearms and trained to know when and how to use it, as long as when not to use their firearm. This will increase safety and protection with our country. Not only arm our beloved American citizens, but also train them to protect one another.
