Require that all citizens requesting unemployment benefits be required to submit and pass a urinalysis drug test.

People who use and abuse drugs should not be afforded the opportunity to spend government funds on recreation drug use. Unemployment benefits should be used for bills, food, clothing and other necessities of life until gainful employment can be reestablished.
