Require all colleges, public and private, to have their campus security officers advise students of Miranda Rights

Created by F.C. on February 25, 2014

Across college campuses, campus security holds students in custody and require them answer self-incriminating questions. Campus security officers act like they law enforcement officials and do not let students leave at will. If a student is free to leave the room, they do not need to be advised. Currently students are required to incriminate themselves on campus when campus security acts likes the FBI and state police.

This is a violation of student rights, and please protect their fifth amendment rights.
