Recycling is not a requirement in many states and far too many businesses contribute to environmental pollution by refusing to act responsibly. We need to work harder to protect our environment and planet from unnecessary irresponsible pollution. Every state in America should have a legal requirement that all business owners recycle and act responsibly.
