require all companies importing or exporting into the US to minimally follow US OSHA, EPA, FDA and human rights laws.

Created by K.W. on March 09, 2014

A US law enacted to ensure those companies and individuals importing into the US and exporting from foreign countries into the US minimally follow US laws covering child labor, worker protection, environmental, food & drug, and human rights. In this way, citizens of the US and foreign countries are protected from unscrupulous individuals and companies, improves world-wide environmental and human rights conditions, and, also, levels the "playing field" in the cost of goods and services.
