Require all congressional pay raises to be decided by popular vote and limit terms to no more than 2.

Congress has too much power and are the only group able to vote themselves pay increases.

Americans need civil servants not controlling government.

Let's reform the largest government waste and tell congress they work for the people and need to ask for the pay raises they get, not decide on their own.
