require all convicted felons and sex offenders to have an RFID chip. For the safety and security of all citizens.

Created by L.L. on December 19, 2012

The position of the citizens of the United States of America is to live in our society without fear. Allowing convicted Felons and Sex Offenders/Predators to live among us AGAIN without RFID chips risks the safety and security of all people especially, our children. It would also save money in our probation department by allowing one person, the ability, to monitor multiple felons and sex offenders simultaneously. Also, a program in the computer system can flag a probation officer when "no contact" areas are breached. (example: sex offender is within a questionable distance to a school) Such measures can and will enhance the ability for our law enforcement personnel to protect and serve our community as a whole.
