We seek to require that all sex offenders in the US be required to wear GPS monitors to better safe guard children and the public from them and to allow authorities to more quickly locate such offenders and track their locations at all times this will greatly enhance protecting others from such offenders. Further we seek to require that the offenders must pay all costs for the monitors. If found without the monitor they should be reincaricerated.
