Require all courts to adhere strictly to the Constitution in its original intent.

To that end, require that any judge who rules on any matter affecting the rights of any American citizen in a way that is contrary to the original intent of the Constitution of the United States of America shall be immediately removed from his or her position and shall be barred from ever serving as a judge again. And further, any judge that attempts to reinterpret our Constitution, or to restrict any right as it was originally intended, shall also be removed from his or her position and barred from every serving as a judge again.
