Voting assistance Officers are required at all Military installations world wide to assist in educating our loved ones on the importance of voting in all elections via abscentee ballot; locally in their registered State if available.
This unfortunatley did not happen during the 2010 or 2012 election cycles as reported by a DOD report. Why and when did the Commanding Officers of any Military Organization start deciding Fedreal policy; lack the responsiblity to follow standard operating procedures (standing orders)?
