To require all elected federal officials and appointees, submit to a mandatory drug and alcohol screening.

This petition requires all elected federal officials, all appointees, cabinet members, czars and the Joint Chiefs of Staff submit to an immediate drug/alcohol screening. This screening will at the minimum, meet the 49 CFR part 40 DOT/FAA drug/alcohol screening for safety sensitive positions, and require a yearly minimum random annual retest of 50 percent.
