Require All Elected Officials to pass tests on the American Government and Constitution with a 80% or higher correct

Pass a Federal law requiring all Elected Officials to pass a Comprehensive Test High School level or Higher on the American Government, Constitution, and Judicial System with a 80% or higher correct answers. The test results must be publicly available, and all elected officials are required to have the test done within two months of announcing candidacy for an election.

Test results are valid for 5 years and must be taken again every 5 years while in office or running for office. Candidates can retake the test only once and must wait at least a year before they can take it again if they score 79% or below twice in a row.
