Require ALL elected U.S. Government officials to pay into social security. If the system is good enough for the American people, it should also be good enough for our elected officials. Public servants should pay into the same system as citizens. No special consideration should be afforded to any government employee from the President down. This policy should apply to all citizens equally regardless of public office held.
