Require all emergency vehicles to have red and blue warning lights.

I request a petition for allemergency vehicles to display red and blue lights. Whether the vehicle is police, fire, medical, or even volunteer local civil defense/ emergency management.
The reason is so its not confusing to tell if its a tow truck behind you or a fire response vehicle.
