Think about it. When an employee get hired on to a company these employees are required to give a two weeks notice prior to quitting or(Resigning). After an employee have given their hard-working time to a company would it not be helpful to these employees if they receive a two weeks notice?.
This petition is to ensure that all hard working Americans get a Two Weeks Notice prior to being terminated or laid-off from a job, which will give sometime to seek new employment.
