Require all employers to give a rating score to job seekers based upon their resume and application.

Created by S.B. on June 07, 2013

Resumes are parsed and denied automatically by software. Allowing hiring managers and recruiters the ability to sift through resumes efficiently.

The problem is that the applicant isn't given any information about the decision making process by either the software or hiring managers and in many cases decisions are completely automatic. Giving information to applicants will help the job seeking process.

Require all employers to give applicants a rating score based upon their resume qualifications and application questions.

This will help job seekers to better understand the decisions of employers when declined for employment.

Additionally, require employers to communicate the standards in which applicants are accepted or denied through a rating score.
