Require employers of more than 10 people to offer all employees whether part-time, seasonal or full-time health insurance.
This will reduce taxation as many who are uninsured have to beg for treatment from various sources and may not thus get needed treatment promptly or efficiently.
Currently employers are opting out of health care for part-time employees because it's cheaper to pay the fines than to provide the insurance. One of the big bookchains is doing this at the moment.
