Require all employers to offer their employees fertility coverage. All childless mother should have a chance to parent.

Currently there are only 13 states in this country that are required to offer their employees fertility coverage. Every hard working citizen of the United States should have access to fertility treatments. Fertility treatments are extremely expensive and the extra cost to employees for the insurance would be well worth it to make the dream of parenthood come true. Infertile couples across the nation suffer from the heartbreak, disappointment, and hopelessness that they may never become parents. Something needs to be done to help these families realize their dreams of becoming parents.
