Require all EMT RESCUE PERSONNEL to be REPORTED to a NATIONAL DATA BASE THAT COMMIT HARM SO THAT THEY CANNOT HIDE

This happened to my son Mark Wlodylo, the EMT stated that "it was not his job to stay up all nite and take care of sick kids" The EMT refused to give OXYGEN and refused to put him in the ambulance. The EMT was not required to be REPORTED to the licensing authority. Mark Wlodylo had Cystic Fibrosis and Died as a result of the actions of the EMT. We need this to protect the people from abuse.
