Require that all executive orders be approved by the Senate and the House of Representatives, before it can be enforced.

Created by R.G. on January 15, 2013

Executive orders are not constitutionally allowed to be used as a method to circumvent the authority of Congress to create laws. Executive orders, defined by the constitution were intended as a method to help enforce laws created by Congress. Obama has abused the power of executive orders more than any other president in history, and has in fact issued more than any other president in history.

Laws should be made by Congress, not the president. Therefore I request that ALL executive orders be reviewed by both houses of Congress, voted on (and passed), before it can be enforced, *unless* the executive order in fact is issued to clearly enforce an existing law.
