require ALL Federal campaign funding to be from public funds ONLY, and outlaw all PACs and other similar organizations.

Make elections more democratic by eliminating obscene levels of campaign funding by corporations and the wealthy. Have the only source of campaign funding be from public funds, not private, and at the same levels for each office (House, Senate, Pres.). Eliminate ALL political action organizations, PACs, super PACs and any others.
