Require all Federal elected or appointed officials to undergo annual psychiatric evaluation.

As it is in the public's best interest to be aware of the mental health of our elected and appointed Federal officials, we hereby petition that all persons elected to Federal office, or appointed to any Federal office, position, advisory roll, or other position that requires Congressional or Presidential appointment, be annually evaluated by a military psychiatrist chosen randomly from qualified persons currently serving in or employed by the US military, and then to publish the results of those evaluations online for public use.
