Require all federal employees of every level up to and including the President of the United States to utilize TRICARE Standard or TRICARE Prime. Requiring this will include zero additional services not already standardly allowed to Active Duty, Reserve, National Guard and Retired service members.
No exceptional services above what is covered by TRICARE standard or Prime will be authorized unless paid directly out of the employees personal funds. Goverment employees will not be authorized to use any medical facility not already utilized by service members or Veterans.
No special compensation, perferred appointment system or benefits based off job title or special treatment would be authorized. Only appointments established thru the current central appointment system are authorized.
