It should be mandatory that Congress abide by the same rules it requires the people to live by. If it is good enough for the people then it should be good enough for them. Congress should not be given any choice about health care other than what is offered to the general populace. Congress should not be treated any differently when using this same health care.
For example, Congress is not Obamacare exempt, but they are provided with different conditions. This should never be allowed.
