Mr. President and My fellow Americans ,
I was originally going to use this as my platform down the road when I end up running for a National Position to serve my country, but I don't believe the country can wait.
I am proposing that either by Executive Order or by inspiring Congress, that you work towards mandating that all federal entities both civilian and military will over the next 10 years transition to only using goods, services, and contractors that are based in the United States and only manufacture their goods in U.S. factories. I believe this would almost immediately lift us out of this recession, inspire our private sector to start "Insourcing", and increase the amount of tax revenue to put towards revitalizing our infrastructure!
