Require all Federal Government branches to hold public votes on raises.

After years of not doing their job properly the government still has determined that they get to decide when they get another raise. Tell them enough is enough, public officials are under the scrutiny of the people and if the people do not do their jobs they loose the, the same standers should be enforced on public officials.
Make raises a public vote. Do not let government determine their own fate, they still work for us!
