Require all federal websites to use TLS to protect citizens from malicious attacks while browsing federal websites.

Many government websites do not use HTTPS to secure communications. This is dangerous for citizens who need to access government websites, as the government is an entity that people will willingly divulge their private information, such as their Social Security Number. HTTPS on all areas of all websites could fix this by securing the connection between server and client, stopping anyone from intercepting communications and tricking the user into divulging information to them. It is an integral part of the internet today, so why isn't the US using it everywhere we can?
