Women are not required to register with the Selective Service System. Under Rostker v. Goldberg, the Supreme Court decided this didn’t violate the due process. They stated that the law was created to fill combat roles. “And since women are excluded from combat service by statute...men and women are simply not similarly situated for purposes of a draft or registration for a draft, and Congress' decision to authorize the registration of only men therefore does not violate the Due Process Clause.”
Women are now allowed in combat roles. Not requiring registration, it shows that the government does not want woman in combat when a draft is needed. Demand equality for all and require all U.S. citizens, and immigrants living in the U.S., who are 18-25, required to register with Selective Service.
