All existing firearms will have a GPS device installed inside by June of 2014 and the location of those firearms should be tracked by computer. Any new firearms that are manufactured must have GPS device installed at the factory before leaving. It will also apply to any magazine holding more than 10 rounds. With accurate tracking the authorities should be able to find what firearms were at any crime scene at any time. Any GPS device that drops off the map should be known almost instantly and the owner contacted. The guns may be out there but at least we will know where.
