Require all food and drug companies to have a easily readable expiration date on all products and not a code.

Many companies will put a special code on the back of their products to express an expiration date. These codes often include the lot number and manufacturer location while the expiration date is represented by the Julian Calender. Though some companies will post the date of production and expect everyone to know that the product you are consuming expires in a certain amount of time.
Some candy companies that shall remain unnamed will post an actual expiration date on the box that all the candy arrives in in the store but on the individual candies it will have the stupid expiration date code. Be aware of what you are eating because what you may be putting in your mouth could be expired and possibly affect your health negatively!
