If you are reading this petition, you agree that in order to be the leader of the U.S. armed forces, a president must serve in the military. Washington, Jefferson, Grant, Kennedy, and Reagan are only a few examples of great presidents who served in the military. In order to effectively lead a nation, you need to be able to effectively lead soldiers.
