Require all government assistance programs to regulate their funds so they are used for the appropriate purpose.

Require all government assistance programs including Food Stamps, Housing, Medicaid, Unemployment, etc... to drug test all recipients on a regular basis for the recipients to continue receiving assistance. Furthermore, it would be recommended the government require a reasonable time frame for the recipients to establish their own means of self-reliance and be off of government assistance so the funds are available for their intended purpose. The funds would then be available for individuals and families in struggling times and not for the individuals manipulating the government by refusing to work or be productive and having multiple children so they get more assistance.
