Require all government employee on state and federal levels to earn no more than minimum wage. Make it unlawful for the government employees to earn more in one year than the average citizen. At the same time enact a law that makes it impossible for kick back from big business's to help augment there salaries. Also make the pay reliant upon them doing there job. If congress is dead locked about something none of them are paid a dime till they do there jobs. The American people's jobs are like this congress and the government should have to be held the same standards.
