Require all Government funded programs to require drug testing for approval!! such as home loans, snap, and medicaid

I believe the government could save alot of money if they would require drug testing for all government funded programs. Programs such as s.n.a.p., medicaid, section 8 housing, educational programs. These programs would save enough money to help those who actually need it more
