Require all government officials to take an exam in order to prove they have read and understood the Constitution.

Simply put, anyone who would work against the Constitution, or could potentially do so, whether through ignorance or apathy, is unfit for any employment opportunity within our government. All government officials, most importantly the President, Senators, and Representatives, should be required to complete an exam before taking office. This exam will verify that they have read and understood the Constitution in its entirety. Upon receiving the test results with a minimum passing score of 100%, they should then sign a legally binding employment contract agreeing to resign if it can later be proven that they do not understand or care what the Constitution says. This should make impeachment a more efficient process.Those removed in such a way should not be eligible for unemployment benefits.
